Senior Advisor at Albright Stonebridge Group since 2018, Mr. Jarrett spent five years as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. Under his leadership, the Chamber helped hundreds of companies establish and grow their networks in China and navigate operational and regulatory challenges.

Previously, Mr. Jarrett was a distinguished diplomat whose positions included service as Consul General in Shanghai, and as Deputy Consul General in Hong Kong. His 26-year foreign service career also included postings in Beijing, Chengdu, and Singapore. His government roles in Washington, D.C, included serving as Director of Asian Affairs at the White House National Security Council. Following his government service, Mr. Jarrett served as Chairman of Greater China for APCO Worldwide.

Ken Wilcox is the author of “The China Business Conundrum: Ensure that Win-Win Doesn’t Mean Western Companies Lose Twice” (Wiley, November 2024) and “Leading Through Culture” (Waterside, 2020).

Ken was the CEO of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) from 2001 to 2011, then the CEO of SVB’s joint venture with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB-SVB) in Shanghai until 2015, followed by four years as its Vice Chairman. He currently serves on the boards of the Asia Society of Northern California, the Asian Art Museum, and UC San Diego’s 21st Century China Center, as well as Columbia Lake Partners, a European venture-debt fund. He is on the Board of Advisors of the Fudan University School of Management in Shanghai and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at U.C. Berkeley.

Ken holds a PhD in German from Ohio State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a former member of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

Ganesh V. Iyer Mr. Ganesh V. Iyer 

Mr. Iyer joined NIO in April 2016 and became chief executive officer of NIO U.S. in December 2018. Mr. Iyer has over 35 years of experience delivering results in various industries including autonomous technology, hi-tech, manufacturing, and telecom. Mr. Iyer worked as vice president of Information Technology at Tesla Inc. until 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Iyer joined VMWare in 2010 and held senior information technology leadership roles at VMWare. Prior to that, Mr. Iyer served as director of information technology at Juniper Networks and WebEx and worked in consulting primarily at Electronic Data Systems.

Mr. Iyer received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Calicut in India.
